Being a native Colorado girl means that I see all the seasons here and change is very obvious in my outdoor world. No matter though where you live, change will be a part of life that will never stop.
How does this word affect us personally and within our businesses?
In either sphere, we can grow or get stuck in it. Sometimes we have to walk through one space before we enter the next. Business decisions that may seem very hard at first may turn out to be the best decision we will ever make. Time will tell the truth of each decision, but I do know that through all the changes life gives, it is best to try. Hire that person you want on your team, have an Instagram feed created for you that you dream of, or get those books up-to-date. Hug the people in your life that are around you, as they are walking through as many changes as you are!
